Fern Fossil
"Fossilized" ferns are embedded in layers of textured olive plaster; details are emphasized using a charcoal medium, for a weathered, earthy effect.
This design was used in the powder room of a beautiful Wellesley residence which features reclaimed pine floors, wrought iron hardware, and an antique wash basin.
